TODD HORN
FOUNDER
With more than 20 years of experience in global music marketing and international artist development, Todd founded Circum-Navigate in 2019 as a modern alternative to traditional major-label international marketing campaigns. Circum-Navigate is an international music marketing agency specializing in global release strategies, cross-border campaigns, and artist development for both independent and major labels.
Since its inception, Circum-Navigate has partnered with globally recognized artists including Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins, Jerry Cantrell, Jason Isbell, Zach Top, Fast X, Ruel, All Time Low, Pitbull, Sturgill Simpson, Saint Jhn, Anderson .Paak, and Illenium, working with leading record labels such as Thirty Tigers, Leo33, Firebird, Photo Finish, APG, Giant Music, Hitco, 12Tone, and Mr. 305.
Prior to founding Circum-Navigate, Todd led international departments at ADA/Warner, MTV Games, and Roadrunner Records, and held senior global marketing roles at Columbia Records, Capitol Music Group, and Atlantic Records, where he developed and executed worldwide music marketing campaigns.

Emmeline is a Marketing graduate, seasoned Executive Assistant, and a Social Media Marketer who knows her way around both seamless coordination and a good playlist. She blends organization with creativity, managing campaigns, content ideas, a bit of admin here and there, and plenty of moving parts.
A lifelong music lover, she believes good marketing should always hit the right notes.
Based in the Philippines, Emmeline is powered by creative ideas, waves, rhythm, and her two kids.
